Cascade
Rhian Douglas is Cascade, the leader of Sovereign Seven. Having brought them all together, their allegiance to her is not only due to respect, but also out of gratitude for helping them escape the horror of their respective homeworlds. Rhian has the ability to "cascade" her body through space and time, literally in a pseudo-liquid form. With Network's help, Cascade's power can be amplified to allow her to carry others with her as well as travel immense distances. Rhian is the daughter of Maitresse, and by leaving her side, has caused a rift and an anger between mother and daughter that has made one of the most powerful beings in existence a mortal enemy.
